All our work is trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based research.

We are NDIS registered and have a particular interest in supporting neuro-divergent clients on the Autism spectrum and with ADHD neurology.

How do we do it?

Therapeutic art is widely recognised as a tool for processing and recovering from stress and trauma. At Artly Therapy, w

e take a holistic approach and combine aspects of Neuro-associative practice: (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), hypnotic languaging and Neuro-Linguistic Life Coaching) with art therapy techniques and practices to create a unique methodology.

This methodology rebuilds neural pathways damaged by stress or trauma, and integrates the central nervous system and the parasympathetic

nervous system to support lasting change.  Please visit our Services page for more information about how one-on-one sessions work.

Traditional Owners Acknowledgement

Part of our focus at Artly Therapy is a recognition of the importance of feeling grounded, earthed and anchored - a big part of which comes from having a sense of place.

Our sense of place is formed on Dja Dja Wurrung Country.

We acknowledge the traditional owners of this country - the Jaara Jaara people of the Dja Dja Wurrung on whose unceded lands we operate, recognising continuing connection to land, waters and culture. We pay our respects to elder past, present and emerging and to the other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander elders and people our content reaches.
